Willard Shih – After a six-week trial, a jury awarded Wilentz Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. biotech client GenScript USA, Inc. in excess of $10 million for theft of its secret process used to create artificial DNA. On February 25, 2015, a New Jersey state court denied the defendants’ post-trial motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, a new trial, and/or remittitur, and will be entering judgment in favor of GenScript.
