| AWARDS | CATEGORIES | CRITERIA | ||
| Corporate Award | Corporation with headquarters or branches in New Jersey, New York or Pennsylvania,who has positive impact and/or significant contribution to the minority community. The corporation may be a Chinese Corporation or a non-Chinese Corporation. |

| Corporate Executive Award | Outstanding Chinese-American or Chinese executive of a Corporation with headquarters or branches in New Jersey, New York or Pennsylvania. |
|||
| Entrepreneur Award | Outstanding Chinese-American or Chinese business owner whose enterprise has generated $2 million in revenue in the most recent year, has been in business at least three years and has headquarters or branches in NJ, NY or PA. |
|||
| Woman/Young Entrepreneur Award | Supplemental to Entrepreneur Award – given to an outstanding woman business owner or outstanding young business owner (30 years of age or younger) only when more than two Entrepreneur Awards have been approved. |
|||
| Community Service Award | Chinese-American or Chinese individual or corporate executive who has contributed significantly to the community in New Jersey, New York or Pennsylvania. |
|||
| Diversity Business Coordinator Award | A diversity business development manager (or a manager with similar responsibility) in a corporation or public agency who has made significant contributions in increasing the number of contracts or volume of business awarded to diversity business vendors. Honoree does not have to be Chinese-American or Chinese. |

| Professional Achievement Award | Outstanding Chinese-American professionals (doctors, lawyers, scientists, engineers and etc.) practicing in New Jersey, New York or Pennsylvania. |
|||
| HOW NOMINATED? | Members, friends and previous awardees of NJCACC, Chinese media, Chinese non-profit organization and Universities with connection to Chinese communities in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. |
|||
| ELIGIBILITY | As detailed in above criteria. NJCACC members could be nominated; but if nominated executive/corporation is a sponsor member, the relevant board member must recuse himself/herself from the selection process of the relevant award category. |

| PROCESS | Up to 2 honorees could be selected for each award category by NJCACC’s Board of Directors | |||
