Kirby Tan and his partner, David Weng, opened their first authentic Malaysian Restaurant, House of Malaysia, at 242 Main Street, Fort Lee, NJ 07024 (201-363-8833). They were recently invited for a cooking demonstration at Paramus Bloomingdales. On December 11th, they coordinated a successful dinner fundraiser with the Edison Metro Lion’s Club of NJ to benefit the victims of the Haiyan Typhoon in the Philippines.
NJCACC members are welcome with a 10% discount plus a free bubble drink when they identify their membership affiliation to Kirby Tan and David Weng.
